港股異動 | 新特能源反跌8% 2022年度純利增1.7倍 因推進回A工作不派息
格隆匯3月2日丨新特能源(1799.HK)因加快推進A股發行工作不派末期息,雖然2022年度營收、淨利雙雙大豐收,無阻該股跌8.41%,報16.34港元,總市值234億港元,成交額達1.82億港元,盤中一度跌10%。新特能源公佈,截至2022年12月31日止年度,集團營業收入為人民幣375.41億元,較上年同期增加66.68%。集團利潤總額為人民幣168.15億元,較上年同期增加166.13%。集團歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為人民幣133.95億元,較上年同期增加170.33%。基本每股收益為人民幣9.37元。公司公吿顯示,為加快推進本公司A股發行工作,董事會建議截至2022年12月31日止年度不派發現金股利,亦不派股票股利,不行資本公積轉增股本,剩未分配利潤滾存至下一年度。
