《大行報告》瑞銀上調中教控股(00839.HK)目標價至16元 評級「買入」
瑞銀發表報告,引述中教控股(00839.HK)管理層稱,集團未來數年料可維持良好的自然增長勢頭,包括收生數目和每學生收入均有增長。另一方面,作為自然增長的補充,管理層提到收購或會重新成為增長動力,因私立大學的估值變得更加合理,加上集團是行業中少數擁有充足現金頭寸的企業之一。
該行將其2024至2025年度收入預測上調4%及8%,純利預測亦升5%及9%,目標價相應由9.68元升至16元,維持「買入」評級,反映其自然及收購帶來的增長預期有所改善。
