中國銀行(03988.HK)擬3月6日分派境外優先股股息
格隆匯2月24日丨中國銀行(03988.HK)公吿,境外優先股股息派發實施,股息支付日:2023年3月6日。發放金額和扣税情況:本行境外優先股條款和條件確定的第一個股息率重置日前的初始年股息率為3.60%(税後)。根據中國相關税務法律法規,本行向境外非居民企業股東派發境外優先股股息時,須按10%的税率代扣代繳企業所得税。按照本行境外優先股條款和條件有關規定,相關税費由本行承擔。本次派發優先股股息約1.128億美元(税前),其中支付給優先股股東約1.015億美元(税後)。
