《預算案》陳茂波:預留約2億元提升「智方便」平台運作 倡電訊商頻譜使用費可減稅
財政司司長陳茂波發表新一份《財政預算案》表示,數字化經濟發展委員會正就數碼基建、境數據流動、企業數碼轉型,以及人力資源配套等四大範疇進行深入研究,今年內會向政府提出具體建議。
他表示,政府會就建立人工智能超算中心,進行可行性研究,並在2023/24年度完成;並預留約2億元提升「智方便」平台的運作,改善用戶體驗,將會進一步推動「智慧政府」以至整個社會的數碼轉型。
同時,他建議電訊網絡營辦商就將來投得的無線電頻譜而須繳付的頻譜使用費將可獲稅務扣除。
他表示,「科技券」計劃推出至今,已批出超過2萬宗申請。為協助企業更好發展數碼配套和升級轉型,生產力局於去年9月推出一站式「資助易」網上平台,令申請流程更暢順。
