大新料本港未來兩三季失業率逐步回落至約3%
大新銀行經濟研究及投資策略部表示,香港失業率及就業不足率降至疫情爆發以來新低。去年11至今年1月失業率降至3.4%,按月回落0.1個百分點,就業不足率再下跌0.1個百分點至1.4%,雙雙降至2020年1月以來低。
該行指,多個行業失業率繼續回落,其中建造業失業率下跌0.4個百分點至4.4%,是2019年9月以來最低,反映建造業活動復甦;零售業失業率下跌0.4個百分點至4.2%,或反映內地與本港逐步恢復通關,本地零售市道加快改善。
大新認為,隨著內地與香港全面恢復通關,旅客入境數字逐步回升,均有助本地經濟活動,對就業市場帶來正面影響,失業率在未來兩三個季度將逐步回落至3%左右。不過,不少行業的失業率下降與就業人數回升的步伐不一,或反映人手流失情況未有改善,當經濟活動未來繼續復甦,部分行業或開始出現人手不足情況。
