《大行報告》大摩:偏好渣打(02888.HK)及匯控(00005.HK) 「減持」恆生(00011.HK)
摩根士丹利發表評級報告指,預料去年下半年及第四季,對港銀的淨息差表現仍然是強勁。港銀去年信貸撥備因中國的商業房地產敞口而上升,該行認為今年將會下跌,明年回復正常,並相信香港信貸質量將保持穩定,故香港本地銀行現時應會開始見到信用狀況有所改善。
該行表示偏好匯控(00005.HK)及渣打(02888.HK);並預計匯控(00005.HK)上季淨息差按季升8%、按年升36%,並維持匯控為首選,以及其評級為「增持」。
該行表示,將渣打(02888.HK)去年、今年及明年盈利預測微升0.1%、降0.4%、以及升2.6%,並維持其目標價為69.3元,以及其評級「增持」。
該行亦表示,恆生(00011.HK)信貸虧損將會去年下半年業績的關注點,並預料其息稅後淨利潤按年跌14.5%及按半年跌5.6%,給予其評級為「減持」。
