保利打包转让与碧桂园合作12个项目公司股权 涉近23亿人币
北京产权交易所上周五(3日)刊登资料,保利发展(600048.SH)挂牌打包出售南通、珠海、温州、中山、重庆、南京等地共12个房地产项目股权,均是与碧桂园(02007.HK)有合作的项目,包括9个合资项目,转让总价格为22.87亿元人民币。一旦交易完成,买方及项目公司不得再使用保利集团及其子公司的商标。
12宗股权转让项目整体打包转让。若征集到多家意向受让方,则通过网络竞价一次报价的方式确定受让方。此外,是次12个项目的所有交易价款一次性支付;项目不接受联合受让。
