保利打包轉讓與碧桂園合作12個項目公司股權 涉近23億人幣
北京產權交易所上周五(3日)刊登資料,保利發展(600048.SH)掛牌打包出售南通、珠海、溫州、中山、重慶、南京等地共12個房地產項目股權,均是與碧桂園(02007.HK)有合作的項目,包括9個合資項目,轉讓總價格為22.87億元人民幣。一旦交易完成,買方及項目公司不得再使用保利集團及其子公司的商標。
12宗股權轉讓項目整體打包轉讓。若徵集到多家意向受讓方,則通過網絡競價一次報價的方式確定受讓方。此外,是次12個項目的所有交易價款一次性支付;項目不接受聯合受讓。
