內房股隨大市止跌回升 碧桂園、雅居樂、新城發展、美的置業及龍湖升3%-5%

港股連吐三天昨天力守21,200關後，今早在科指急彈2.3%主導逆昨晚美股反彈，最高見21,512，現報21,487，回升265點或近1.3%，總成交額499億元。
人民幣兌美元中間價今天繼續下調230點子報6.7967，創近一個月低。然而，內房股今天跟隨大市止跌回升，武漢市放鬆讓住房限購區域購房的居民家庭可新增一個購房資格，內房股個別升幅超越大市，其中已六連跌的藍籌內房龍湖(00960.HK)今早低開報23.7元獲承接，掉頭重越50天線(24.7元)，最高見25.65元，現報25.5元，回升5.2%。
藍籌碧桂園(02007.HK)終止三連跌，最高見2.81元，現報2.79元，回升3.3%。此外，美的置業(03990.HK)終止六連跌，最高見11.2元(剛為牛熊線)，現報11.18元，回升4.6%。新城發展(01030.HK)終止六連跌，最高見3元，現報2.94元，回升4.6%。雅居樂(03383.HK)終止三連跌，報2.44元，回升3.4%。綠城中國(03900.HK)由逾一個月低位回升高見11.84元，現報11.58元，回升2.8%。
寶龍(01238.HK)、龍光(03380.HK)、融信中國(03301.HK)、時代中國(01233.HK)、旭輝(00884.HK)及中駿(01966.HK)反彈逾3%-6%，後者跑贏報1.05元，回升6.1%，股價正挑戰20天線(1.06元)。
萬科(02202.HK)、富力(02777.HK)、合景泰富(01813.HK)及合生創展(00754.HK)回升2%-3%。
物管股以世茂服務(00873.HK)、融創服務(01516.HK)、新城悅服務(01755.HK)及旭輝永升(01995.HK)彈力較強，股價回升近4%-5%，曾分別高見2.82元、3.87元、7.95元及4.14元。雅生活服務(03319.HK)回升2.5%曾高見9.41元。
