大行評級 | 花旗:恆隆地產去年業績符預期 目標價17.2港元
格隆匯2月1日丨花旗發研報指,恆隆地產(0101.HK)去年股東應占基本純利同比增3.8%至41.99億港元,大致符合該行預期,增速受到上海商場在去年4-5月期間因疫情防控而要暫停營業,以及人民幣匯價自去年第二季起走貶所影響。核心EBIT同比跌4%至71.66億港元,遜預期。該行予“買入”評級,目標價17.2港元。報吿提到,恆隆地產的淨負債稍為增加至403億港元,主要由於香港和內地多個項目的資本開支所致。淨負債率達28.1%,而平均有效借貸成本下跌至3.5%,這受益於到期債務再融資時享有較低的利率。該股現報15.02港元,總市值676億港元。
