大和發表報告指,對內房股看法轉為審慎樂觀,因預期內地將採取積極措施提振房屋銷售,此或可於短期內推動投資者情緒。 該行預期,內地政府下一步或將出人意料地推出重振房地產市場的強力措施,但行業基本面改善仍可能需時,估計復甦前路或崎嶇不平。 大和上調龍湖集團(00960.HK)股份目標價,由30.2元升至35.2元,維持「買入」評級。至於行業防守性股份選擇越秀地產(00123.HK)及華潤置地(01109.HK),評級均為「買入」,越秀地產目標價由11元上調至13.18元,潤地目標價則維持43.2元。
