《大行報告》大和上調萬國數據(GDS.US)目標價至25美元 評級「持有」
大和發表報告指,考慮基礎設施即服務(IaaS)和互聯網服務供應商的需求復甦在今年上半年仍然不明朗,萬國數據(GDS.US)主要客戶需求復甦周期或需更長時間,公司或對於其新產品交付和產能增加維持保守態度。
該行預料公司今年EBITDA按年增8%,其資本支出在2023年至2024財年期間呈下跌趨勢,並認為公司對於其自然增長計劃持審慎態度,並預料公司今年及明年資本支出分別穩定在75億元人民幣及50億元人民幣。
該行將萬國數據2023至2024年的EBITDA預測上調1%至2%,考慮中國早於預期重新開放及撤銷防疫政策,客戶需求復甦展望改善,將其美股目標價由14美元上調至25美元,並維持其評級為「持有」。
