南都電源(300068.SZ):控股股東終止轉讓5%的股份予海南盛永
格隆匯1月16日丨南都電源(300068.SZ)公佈,此前披露,杭州南都於2022年12月13日與海南盛永簽署了《股份轉讓協議》,擬將其所持的公司4325萬股股份通過協議轉讓的方式轉讓給海南盛永,轉讓股份佔公司總股本的5.00%。
公司於近日收到公司控股股東杭州南都電源有限公司(“杭州南都”)的通知,杭州南都與海南盛永投資合夥企業(“海南盛永”)就終止協議轉讓公司股份事宜協商達成一致意見,並於近日共同簽署了《股份轉讓協議之終止協議》。
