踐行公益事業，探索可持續發展 思摩爾(6969.HK)連獲企業社會責任獎
1月12日，全球電子霧化科技領導者思摩爾接連榮膺四川省紅十字基金會的《2022年度企業社會責任獎》和南方日報南方+深圳致敬榜單的《2022年度企業社會責任獎》的雙料大獎。
主辦方表示，該獎項旨在表彰過去一年在企業社會責任、品牌建設、城市發展貢獻中有卓越創新和突出表現的標杆企業。
思摩爾相關負責人表示，公司十分感謝社會各界對思摩爾履行社會責任、貢獻公益力量等方面給予的肯定和關注。思摩爾近年來積極參加各類社會公益活動，包括青年學習及發展、抗洪救災、社區參與、扶貧濟困和抗疫等，2022年3月思摩爾捐款300萬港元馳援香港抗疫，9月捐贈100萬馳援四川瀘定抗震救災。此外，思摩爾還積極參與“穩就業”，不斷優化製造基層人才結構，加大對技術類、品質類、生產管理類技能型人才的招聘需求。
在環境治理方面，思摩爾積極研發可降解、可回收的環保技術解決方案，致力於全方位實現“零碳企業”的目標。去年4月25日，思摩爾在行業率先宣佈啟動碳中和規劃，在2050年前實現運營排放碳中和、2030年前實現30%能耗來自可再生能源。
因在企業管治、可持續發展方面表現突出，思摩爾去年6月23日被全球知名雜誌《機構投資者》公佈的“2022年亞洲管理團隊”評選中，被評為日用消費品企業最佳ESG第二名。在國際頂級ESG評級機構晨星公佈的評級結果中，思摩爾憑藉在公司治理、商業道德、供應鏈、環境治理、碳排放等方面的優異表現，繼續在全球電子霧化企業中排名第一。
此外，為進一步提升公司環境、社會及管治的管理水平，健全ESG管理體系及提升ESG管理能力，思摩爾於2022年12月28日設立董事會環境、社會及管治(ESG)委員會，由執行董事陳志平，執行董事王貴升及獨立非執行董事鐘山等3名董事組成，其中陳志平獲委任為ESG委員會主席。
思摩爾方面表示，公司正逐步完善ESG管理體系，將ESG理念融入產品設計和日常運營中，為客户提供多樣的節能減碳的產品解決方案。未來，思摩爾的ESG管理將逐步完成從自身改善到領先管理的轉變，發揮龍頭企業的示範作用，帶領產業鏈逐步提升環境與社會責任，全面推動綠色環保的產品方案在行業推出和普及。
