港股異動 | 華住集團-S漲約5%創14個月新高 機構指公司盈利改善可期
格隆匯1月13日丨華住集團-S(1179.HK)拉昇漲約5%,報37.2港元創14個月新高價,總市值達1200億港元。公司日前宣佈發售619萬股美國預託股份,預計募集資金2.6億美元。中信建投點評稱,龍頭企業募集資金逆勢擴張,預計龍頭企業市佔率將得到進一步提升,競爭格局優化且短期或受益供求關係帶來議價能力的提升。伴隨疫情逐步好轉,行業經營彈性明顯,華住集團控費增利效果顯現,盈利改善可期。該行維持公司“增持”評級。
