沙田新城市廣場斥逾1,000萬推新春優惠 料營業額及人流按年各升15%及20%
新地(00016.HK)旗下沙田新城市廣場夥HomeSquare於農曆新年假期間,斥逾1,000萬元打造春節推廣及旅客優惠。
新鴻基地產代理有限公司租務部副總經理許嘉雯表示,政府已進一步放寬入境政策,全力推動香港與各地通關,而農曆新年假期將至,辦年貨、置新衫、吃團年、開年飯及為家居添置新擺設等傳統習俗,亦提升市民消費意欲,加上社交距離放寬,今年新城市廣場及HomeSquare新年推廣費用亦較去年投放分別多10%,相信可帶動商場整體營業額及人流逐漸重拾疫前水平,預期新城市廣場將分別較去年同期升15%及20%;而HomeSquare則有接近雙位數字增幅。當中以餐飲、美容服飾、電子產品、超市及家居飾品擺設商戶最為受惠。(ca/u)
