鐵貨(01029.HK)斥2,050萬美元購起重船再出租 料錄收益152萬美元
鐵貨(01029.HK)公佈,其全資附屬Ariti HK以代價2,050萬美元(約1.6億港元),向獨立第三方Kirgan Holding收購名爲「ATLAS DOUBLE」的起重船,船旗屬伯利茲。
同時,公司向承租人JAC Masco出租該船舶,初步租期爲12個月,每月租金爲183.5萬美元。承租人於租期結束時有責任按「現狀」基準向Ariti HK購買該船舶。公司料租賃安排將錄收益約152萬美元(約1,185.6萬港元)。
