格隆匯12月29日丨億華通(02402.HK)發佈公吿,公司擬全球發售1762.8萬股股份,其中中國香港發售股份176.28萬股,國際發售股份1586.52萬股,另有15%超額配股權;2022年12月29日至2023年1月5日招股,預期定價日為2023年1月5日;發售價為每股發售股份60.00-76.00港元,每手買賣單位50股,入場費約3838港元;國泰君安國際及智富為聯席保薦人;預期股份將於2023年1月12日於聯交所主板掛牌上市。
