左江科技(300799.SZ)：與中國移動通信集團旗下成研院簽訂戰略合作框架協議
格隆匯12月27日丨左江科技(300799.SZ)公佈，公司與中移(成都)信息通信科技有限公司(又名：中移(成都)產業研究院)(“成研院”)簽訂了《戰略合作框架協議》。成研院為中國移動通信集團全資子公司，研究重點為面向5G、AI和下一代網絡，引領教育、醫療、農商和無人機等垂直領域數字化發展。
成研院基於對公司在可編程網絡數據處理芯片(DPU)和信息安全領域的領先技術優勢的認可與公司簽署戰略協議。戰略協議簽署有利於發揮公司多年信息安全技術積累與積澱及民營企業的活力，依靠中國移動的實力、鏈接規模和用户規模優勢，更深入參與全面建設安全可控的數據信息化高地。
雙方積極探索推動5G、信息安全等前沿技術的聯合攻關，推進網絡接入安全、網絡邊界防護等市場需求研究和市場需求拓展，共同探討拓展相關新興領域合作，對本協議合作內容項下的應用或產品實施積極的研發工作，確保在合作期內形成研發成果，具體包括：
(1)加強前沿技術聯合攻關，深化戰略協同
技術研發與標準制定，挖掘垂直行業對信息安全與5G技術的重大需求和緊迫需求，加大科研投入與前瞻性基礎技術攻關，基於聯合實驗室構建垂直領域信息安全應用場景的試點與測試、平台與應用孵化、行業報吿研究等。
(2)加強技術融合與創新，深化市場拓展
基於各自現有技術、產品、服務與研發能力，加強技術融合與創新，深化市場拓展。發揮公司在芯片設計、信息安全平台系統研發的技術和資源優勢，發揮成研院在5G通信技術與垂直行業落地的優勢，構建集5G無線接入、信息安全垂直行業應用為一體的定製化服務方案，推進網絡接入安全、網絡邊界防護等市場需求研究與市場拓展。
(3)加快推進5G與信息安全融合應用試點，深化行業應用示範
加快構建5G與信息安全融合應用解決方案，在四川乃至全國範圍內形成一批示範性的5G與信息安全融合應用案例，通過試點建立以點帶面的市場覆蓋與產業影響。
(4)雙方聯合制定5G+信息安全解決方案，基於高性能、可編程、網絡數據處理的DPU芯片，共同開展安全類產品研發工作。
戰略協議的簽署有利於發揮公司在可編程網絡數據處理芯片(DPU)、信息安全平台系統研發的技術和資源優勢，發揮成研院在5G通信技術與垂直行業落地的優勢，構建集5G無線接入、信息安全垂直行業應用為一體的定製化服務方案，推進網絡接入安全、網絡邊界防護等市場需求研究與市場拓展，有助於促進雙方共同發展，對公司長期戰略發展具有積極作用。
