許家印抵押之7億股恆大物業(06666.HK)擬遭斬倉
中國恆大(03333.HK)主席許家印抵押的7億股恆大物業(06666.HK)擬遭「斬倉」。據港交所權益披露資料顯示,中國恆大於上周三(14日)減持7億股恆大物業股份,持股比例從58.18%降至51.71%。惟未有披露作價。
資料顯示,減持原因是「有關方面已採取步驟以針對執行股份的保證權益或持有作為保證的股份的權利」,意味著恆大旗下7億股恆大物業疑因抵押而被強制轉讓。
於去年12月20日,恆大以相同原因減持3億股恆大物業股份,當時持股比例是從60.96%降至58.18%。
