政府公布保險業發展策略藍圖 許正宇:香港從沒有離開經濟循環
政府今日(5日)公布香港保險業的發展策略藍圖,財庫局局長許正宇出席亞洲保險論壇表示,策略藍圖列出四大重點,包括與內地和國際市場互聯互通、吸納外來專才和培養現有人才、科技應用和數據可及性,他強調要把握「雙循環」策略的契機,促進保險業融入國家發展大局。
許正宇表示,面對全球環境問題時,並不能單依靠政府和公共資源去解決,亦要撬動私人資本,來應對碳排放問題,並強調香港從來沒有離開過經濟循環,並一直都身處當中。
他表示,政府正爭取於南沙和前海等地成立保險售後服務中心,藉以拓展本地保險業市場,並將進一步研究如何連接內地與香港保險市場的可行模式,亦將致力向外說明香港是保險集團營運總部的最佳選擇,冀期能在2024年實施「風險為本」的資本制度。(ca/u)
