普利特(002324.SZ)：海四達擬投資2.18億元建年產1.3GWh鈉離子及鋰離子電池數字化工廠項目
格隆匯12月4日丨普利特(002324.SZ)公佈，根據公司新能源戰略需求，加快新能源產業平台的建設，充分把握儲能電池產業的戰略發展機遇，快速完成業務資源整合和導入。普利特控股子公司江蘇海四達電源有限公司(“海四達”)將使用自籌資金及銀行貸款投資建設年產1.3GWh鈉離子及鋰離子電池數字化工廠項目，項目總投資額人民幣2.18億元。此次投資將建成一條兼容鈉離子電池、鋰離子電池的智能自動化生產線。此次擴建產能完成後，將為公司新增年產1.3GWh鈉離子及鋰離子電池生產能力。
普利特已於2022年8月完成了對海四達的戰略重組，正式完成了在新能源產業領域的戰略部署。在此次重組完成後，海四達在上市公司與戰略資源的加持下，儲能業務得到快速發展，先後簽署了多項儲能業務訂單。隨着海四達近期業務量的快速提升，公司的方形磷酸鐵鋰電池產品目前處於供不應求的狀態。
此次電池產能擴建項目旨在為海四達快速增加1.3Gwh的主營業務的生產能力，以緩解方形磷酸鐵鋰電池的供應壓力，滿足户用儲能市場下游客户需求，保持公司業務的持續發展。也為上市公司“年產12GWh方型鋰離子電池一期項目(年產6GWh)”儲能項目數字化工廠建設積累經驗，提升公司產品競爭力，擴大公司銷售規模，有利公司後續產能的大規模建設。
隨着新能源配儲趨勢的發展，鈉離子電池憑藉在安全性、快充性、放電性和更好工作温度等特點的優勢上，高度貼合儲能場景需求。並在資源約束、技術迭代、儲能市場躍遷等因素的驅動下，以及鈉離子電池技術性和經濟性進一步刺激產業鏈不斷優化完善和市場應用加速，將促使鈉離子電池的快速發展。
因此，公司在應用於小動力和儲能領域的鋰離子電池業務快速提升的同時，也佈局了鈉離子電池技術的產業化發展路徑。公司一直積極探索和研發鈉離子電池的生產技術和工藝路線，目前也取得了階段性的進展。在本次投資建設的1.3Gwh電池產線的設計和規劃上，公司將建設成一條兼容鈉離子電池、鋰離子電池的智能自動化生產線，以便在生產儲能鋰電池的基礎上，同步對鈉離子電池進行中試和量產。該產線的建設也為公司提前佈局、充分把握市場機遇和快速推進鈉離子電池的量產，投產後將重點面向備用電源、小型儲能及特種車輛等市場領域。
該投資項目有利於提升公司鈉離子電池、鋰離子電池的智能自動化生產線能力，滿足公司日益增長的訂單以及多元化市場需求，有效增強公司競爭力，具有很好的社會效益和經濟效益預期。該項目的建設符合上市公司發展戰略，有利於上市公司的長遠發展。
