據報融創中國(01918.HK)轉讓持有董家渡項目公司近九成股權
《澎湃新聞》報道,融創中國(01918.HK)已將持有的泛海建設控股89.678%股權轉讓予中信信託及蕪湖華融資本創譽投資中心,後兩者持股比例分別為64.678%及25%
完成轉讓後融創中國對泛海建設控股的持股比例降至10.322%,泛海建設控股持有北京泛海國際項目1號地塊及上海董家渡項目的全部股權,上海董家渡項目位於黃浦區,總佔地面積約為12.03萬平方米,總建築面積約為62.8萬平方米,主要用作住宅及商業開發。
