《大行報告》大摩相信呷哺呷哺(00520.HK)股價45日內跑輸同業 評級「減持」
摩根士丹利發表技術意見報告,預測呷哺呷哺(00520.HK)的股價在未來45天內將跑輸同業表現,料有70%至80%機率發生。
該行指出,呷哺呷哺近日股價上漲,令短期估值變得不再具有吸引力,加上近期內地疫情發展及封控措施,相信將拖累呷哺呷哺今年第四季經營表現及分店網絡擴張步伐。
大摩指,受影響情況將取決於當局防疫政策放鬆的時間和幅度,認為前景仍然具挑戰,因此給予呷哺呷哺近「減持」評級,目標價3.1元,對應2023年預測市盈率約12倍。
