大新:本港10月通脹增幅放緩 料今年全年升1.8%
大新銀行經濟研究及投資策略部表示,本港10月整體消費物價指數通脹升幅放緩至1.8%,與該行預期的1.9%相若,較9月的4.4%升幅明顯回落,主要由於去年9月公屋免租以致比較基數較低的影響消散。
若扣除此類一次性紓困措施,10月基本通脹按年升1.7%,較9月下跌0.1個百分點,反映食品價格升幅放緩0.5個百分點至3.5%,交通費升幅亦放緩0.6個百分點至1.5%;私人房屋租金按年維持下跌0.5%,未見明顯反彈,限制通脹上升幅度。至於能源價格依然高企,電力、燃氣及水費按年升幅略為放緩至13.4%,較9月回落1.1個百分點,連續五個月維持雙位數。
大新預料今年通脹會上升1.8%。由於國際能源價格仍處於偏高水平,本地電費、燃氣費用升幅或會維持高企一段時間,但私人租金仍然偏軟,將繼續限制通脹上升步伐。此外,政府未來或繼續提供一次性紓困措施以減輕市民負擔,加上港元跟隨美元匯率高企,有助遏抑進口價格,因此本港通脹壓力相對其他主要經濟體仍會維持相當溫和。
