巴菲特嗅到“牛味”？最高漲90%，半導體進入技術性牛市
一出手就是重倉，13F報告顯示，伯克希爾三季度新建倉臺積電6006萬股，持倉市值41億美元，直接買成了第10大重倉股。
鮮少涉獵科技股的巴菲特，居然第一次重倉半導體，這是否意味着半導體行業終於要苦盡甘來了？機構稱，半導體行業具有典型週期屬性，美股半導體週期庫存基本築頂，股價有望從底部開始回升，美銀更是稱半導體行業的牛市味漸濃。
如果行業迎來全面回暖，買ETF是最省心的投資方式，以下是美股市場常見的半導體ETF。
1、VanEck半導體指數ETF（SMH）
美股第一大半導體ETF，規模近70億美元，追蹤美股25家最大的半導體公司，其中臺積電爲第一大持倉股，權重10.13%，其次是英偉達、阿斯麥、德州儀器、應用材料，權重都在5%以上。
2、iShares半導體指數ETF（SOXX）
規模65億美元，追蹤ICE半導體指數，持股31只，前10大成分股包括德州儀器、博通、英偉達、高通、AMD等，總權重爲57%。臺積電位列第17，權重3.35%。
3、標普半導體指數ETF（XSD）
規模11億美元，該ETF持股更傾向於中小盤股票，且更多元化，總持股數量達到40只，前10大持倉股權重只有33%，包括RMBS、PI、MTSI等，與上述大型半導體股佔主導的ETF形成明顯差異。
4、Invesco半導體ETF（PSI）
規模約5.2億美元，持股32只，前10大成分股包括美光科技、應用材料、拉姆研究、德州儀器、博通、英偉達等，總權重47%。
事實上，自10月13日的低點以來，上述半導體ETF的累計漲幅都超過20%，已進入技術性牛市，槓桿ETF的漲幅更可觀，三倍做多半導體ETF（SOXL）漲近90%，兩倍做多半導體ETF（USD）漲60%。
反向ETF主要是三倍做空半導體ETF（SOXS）、兩倍做空半導體ETF（SSG）。
