美銀證券發表報告指,太古地產(01972.HK)第三季零售業務略有改善,香港寫字樓業務表現大致穩定,香港和內地零售業務按季有所改善,因此維持「買入」評級,目標價21元。
該行認為,由於太古的淨負債比率低、良好的執行記錄以及公司穩定的股息增長目標,目前估值具有吸引力。
該行實地調查顯示,由於對全球經濟衰退的擔憂,寫字樓行業的租賃諮詢自9月起放緩。該行預計明年香港寫字樓的市值租金將下降5至10%,但料太古的表現可能好於平均水平。
