據報國美未來半年或延發工資 另與廈門建發集團洽談融資100億人幣
市傳國美停發員工工資,《第一財經》引述消息報道,公司只是提示未來半年可能會出現工資緩發的情況,並不是說不發工資,可能要在「雙十一」後才發放,又或是11月才會發放工資。
消息指出,在當下的經濟環境和疫情雙重壓力影響下,內地大部分民營企業尤其是實體零售企業,現金流的壓力很大。國美的經營無論是品牌還是網絡,以及團隊銷售能力都沒有問題,最大的問題是來自於流動性資金。
有業內人士透露,國美準備向國企廈門建發集團融資100億元人民幣,作為封閉資金,支持業務營運,另有傳雙方有接觸洽談。據悉,本周初國美與廈門建發集團雙方已簽合同,具體融資金額未悉,國美方面的簽約方是國美電器還是其母公司國美零售(00493.HK),或是其他國美關聯方,也尚不清楚。
國美零售現報0.122元,跌1.6%,成交2.52億股,涉資3,030萬元。
