FedEx於香港推出Picture Proof of Delivery服務
FedEx Corp.(FDX.US)旗下附屬公司FedEx宣布,向香港及其他亞太市場無需索取簽收證明的住宅客戶提供Picture Proof of Delivery(PPOD)服務。FedEx是香港首間提供PPOD服務的國際速遞運輸公司。
今年11月起,香港和新西蘭選擇「免簽收」的客戶將獲安排額外服務,在包裹送達住址後會收到一張顯示包裹擺放位置的實時照片,客戶亦可於網站上追蹤包裹狀態。服務隨後將於2023年擴展至其他亞太市場。PPOD服務費用全免。
