人瑞人才(06919.HK))獲控股股東增持合計18.5萬股份
格隆匯10月19日丨人瑞人才(06919.HK)公佈，公司董事會獲公司執行董事、主席、行政總裁兼控股股東張建國、公司執行董事、運營總監兼控股股東張峯及公司執行董事、信息科技及數字人才事業部總經理兼控股股東張健梅通知：
(i)名豐(由張建國全資擁有的公司)自2022年10月14日至2022年10月17日止期間在市場上收購合共10萬股公司股份(合共佔公司已發行股本總數約0.06%)，總代價為511,694港元；
(ii)物阜民豐(由張峯全資擁有的公司)於2022年10月18日在市場上收購合共5.5萬股股份(合共佔公司已發行股本總數約0.04%)，總代價為279,963港元；及
(iii)菱豐(由張健梅全資擁有的公司)於2022年10月19日在市場上收購合共3萬股股份(合共佔公司已發行股本總數約0.02%)，總代價為153,100港元。
緊隨名豐收購事項完成後，名豐持有4697.05萬股股份，而其於公司的持股比例由約29.91%增加至約29.97%。緊隨物阜民豐收購事項完成後，物阜民豐持有601.52萬股股份，而其於公司的持股比例由約3.80%增加至約3.84%。緊隨菱豐收購事項完成後，菱豐持有582.6萬股股份，而其於公司的持股比例由約3.70%增至約3.72%。
張建國、張峯以及張健梅訂立日期為2019年1月18日的一致行動契據，因此，彼等(連同彼等各自之全資擁有公司，包括名豐、物阜民豐及菱豐)構成公司一組控股股東。此外，張建國、張峯及張健梅(統稱為"一致行動人士")各被視為於其他一致行動人士持有的公司股份或相關股份中擁有權益，原因為根據一致行動契據彼等屬一致行動人士。
因此，緊接收購事項完成前，根據香港法例第571章證券及期貨條例，一致行動人士一同控制且彼等各自被視為於6001.13萬股公司股份╱相關股份中擁有權益，佔公司已發行股本總數約38.30%。緊隨收購事項完成後，根據證券及期貨條例，彼等一同控制且彼等各自被視為於6019.63萬股公司股份╱相關股份中擁有權益，佔公吿日期公司已發行股本總數約38.42%。
