國際醫學(000516.SZ)：下屬醫院獲准開展常規體外受精-胚胎移植及卵胞漿內單精子顯微注射技術
格隆匯10月10日丨國際醫學(000516.SZ)公佈，公司下屬西安高新醫院於近日收到陝西省衞生健康委員會下發的《關於同意西安高新醫院試運行常規體外受精-胚胎移植及卵胞漿內單精子顯微注射技術的批覆》(陝衞婦幼函[2022]492號)。
依據《人類輔助生殖技術管理辦法》(2001年衞生部令第14號)、《人類輔助生殖技術和人類精子庫倫理原則》(衞科教發(2003)176號)、《衞生部關於印發人類輔助生殖技術與人類精子庫評審、審核和審批管理程序的通知》(衞科教發(2003)177號)和《國家衞生計生委關於規範人類輔助生殖技術及人類精子庫審批的補充規定》(國衞婦幼發(2015)56號)要求，根據國家級專家組現場評審意見和西安高新醫院整改情況，經陝西省衞生健康委員會研究，決定批准西安高新醫院試運行常規體外受精-胚胎移植及卵胞漿內單精子顯微注射技術，試運行期限一年。
人類輔助生殖技術是運用醫學技術和方法對配子(精子和卵子)、合子(受精卵)、胚胎進行人工操作，以達到受孕目的的技術，輔助生殖技術體外受精(IVF)，是現今治療不孕不育症最有效的輔助生殖技術。
公司表示，此次獲批准開展常規體外受精胚胎移植及卵胞漿內單精子顯微注射技術(IVF/ICSI-ET)，在以下方面具有重要意義：
1、國家政策調整，促進輔助生殖業務發展
面對我國人口老齡化以及出生率的下滑態勢，國家人口政策逐步放開。2021年“三胎”政策出台，鼓勵生育將促進輔助生殖業務發展。
2、實現專科業務佈局重大突破
在醫療領域，公司正在打造的“綜合醫療+特色專科”業務模式，能夠滿足多層次、多樣化的醫療需求，提供高水平醫療服務，開展複雜型醫療項目，同時在輔助生殖、醫美整形、康復、婦兒、特需、質子治療等特色專科業務板塊進行了積極佈局。經過多年的積極準備，公司輔助生殖業務最終獲准開展常規體外受精胚胎移植及卵胞漿內單精子顯微注射技術(IVF/ICSI-ET)，實現公司在特色專科業務佈局上的重大突破。
