《本地樓市》屯門「限呎」住宅地重推 獲最少一份標書
港府重推首幅加入限制單位面積條款的屯門住宅地,今日(30日)再次截標,現場所見,項目最少接獲一份標書,一間不知名發展商入標。
地皮位於屯門市地段第561號青山公路大欖段,鄰近愛琴灣、漣山等,佔地約36萬平方呎,最高可建樓面約130.6萬平方呎,將來每個單位實用面積不可少於280平方呎。
地皮年初首次推出時接獲5份標書,入標發展商包括新地(00016.HK)、長實(01113.HK)、恆地(00012.HK)、信置(00083.HK)及嘉華(00173.HK),惟當時未達政府底價流標。市場最新估值明顯下調,介乎約48.3億元至72億元。
