《大行報告》摩通:澳門新賭牌競投無大驚喜 首選仍爲金沙中國(01928.HK)
摩根大通發表研究報告指,澳門博彩特許經營權公開招標於昨日下午(14日)結束,共有7家公司入標競逐6個賭牌,競投無大驚喜,當中包括6家現有營運商,以及曾於2002年有份競投澳門賭牌的馬來西亞雲頂集團相關的GMM股份。
該行表示,有信心6家現有營運商都將在未來十年續簽執照,增強對行業長期持有的看法,預期結果將於12月初左右公佈。
摩通指,投資者目前對行業復甦預期很低,大部分觀點預期要到明年3月兩會後澳門纔會重新開放,同時需求及政策週期都處於底部,因此預期屆時或出現方向性反彈。該行首選仍爲金沙中國(01928.HK),認爲其兼具穩定性及上行潛力,評級「增持」;其次看好永利澳門(01128.HK)及銀河娛樂(00027.HK),評級同爲「增持」;摩通最不偏好澳博控股(00880.HK),予「中性」評級。
