東南網架(002135.SZ)：與日託光伏簽署戰略合作協議、進一步加快實現“EPC+裝配式建築+BIPV”的戰略轉型
格隆匯9月6日丨東南網架(002135.SZ)公佈，為進一步推動分佈式光伏發電的發展，推進光伏建築一體化市場的開發，實現國家碳達峯、碳中和重大戰略，公司於近日與江蘇日託光伏科技股份有限公司(“日託光伏”)簽訂了《戰略合作協議》。
甲方：浙江東南網架股份有限公司，乙方：江蘇日託光伏科技股份有限公司，合作內容如下：
1、甲方和乙方進行全方位、全產業深度合作，包括產業投融資、新能源材料與技術研發、股權合作等領域。
2、建立合資公司：日託光伏致力於打造高端光伏電池及MWT組件、輕柔組件的研發，製造及銷售。甲方和乙方擬投資建立合資公司，專門研發生產各類高端光伏組件、特別是高端輕柔組件產線，依託雙方共同研發的專利生產來專供市場需求。
3、技術研發合作：雙方充分發揮各自的技術優勢，緊密合作，深度開發光伏建築一體化市場，並針對個性化建築需求，開發相應的光伏產品。雙方需不斷加大新技術開發及應用，相互提供必要的技術支持，研發具有創新性的光伏建築一體化專利技術，專用於BIPV個性化場景中使用。
4、供應鏈戰略合作：甲方作為打造裝配式建築+BIPV第一品牌，項目多，市場拓展前景廣大，對於光伏新能源材料需求大，乙方生產的各類高端組件滿足甲方及市場需求，雙方擬建立長期供應鏈戰略合作，乙方擬向甲方提供各類高端組件等產品，並將給予甲方具有競爭力的價格。
5、建築光伏一體化市場的共同拓展合作：雙方應充分發揮在建築光伏一體化技術、企業品牌、工程業績、資本融資、技術研發、生產製造、方案設計、產品優化、電站建設、電站併網與運營管理、系統維護等方面的優勢，強強合作共同開發建築光伏一體化市場。
公司此次與日託光伏簽署戰略合作協議，有助於推動公司光伏建築一體化業務的發展。雙方發揮各自優勢，共同研發、生產高端光伏組件，包括輕柔組件，有利於公司進一步開發分佈式光伏市場。同時，雙方緊密合作，研發具有創新性的光伏建築一體化技術，開發相應的光伏產品，應用於個性化BIPV建築的場景。
公司在存量建築中推廣分佈式電站時發現，大量屋面存在異形、老化、荷載不足等問題，而這一類建築市場本身及用電需求都非常大，若使用常規組件將大大增加分佈式電站的開發難度和開發成本。為有效地解決這一痛點，公司聯合日託光伏共同開發輕柔組件，這將進一步提升公司的競爭實力。
該協議的簽署是基於公司戰略佈局的需要，符合“碳中和、碳達峯”國家戰略，進一步加快公司實現“EPC+裝配式建築+BIPV”的戰略轉型，實現公司綠色發展和低碳發展，符合公司的長期發展戰略。
