《即日市評》恆指「四連跌」 內房股彈高 碧桂園受捧

受騰訊(00700.HK)等走弱拖累下，港股反覆造淡。美股昨因勞動日假期休市，英國股市昨升0.1%，但德法股市各跌2.2%及1.2%，執筆之時美國十年期國債孳息率跌至3.199釐，美匯指數最新跌至109.71，道指期貨最新升164點或0.53%，納指期貨最新升0.8%。摩通亞洲區貨幣指數跌0.2%報99.53，日圓穿141關再創廿四年低，人行公佈將再下調外匯存準金率，人民幣即期收跌119點報6.9485兌一美元，上證綜指今日升43點或1.36%收3,243點，深證成指升1.04%，滬深兩市成交額8,691.6億人民幣。
恆指今早高開36點，初段曾升132點一度高見19,358點，其後掉頭向下並曾跌118點一度低見19,107點，全日跌22點或0.12%，收19,202點，連跌四個交易日(累跌751點或3.8%)；國指全日跌21點或0.33%，收6,555點；恆生科技指數升2點或0.07%，收4,066點。大市全日成交總額822.19億元，滬、深港通南下交易分別淨流入6.41億及16.06億元人民幣。
【騰訊股價偏軟 新東方在線彈】
科網股走弱，騰訊(00700.HK)及阿裏巴巴(09988.HK)股價分別走低1.5%及0.5%。騰訊近日公佈遊戲發佈關於中秋節假期前後，旗下在中國地區營運的網絡遊戲未成年人限玩的通知。於9月9日至12日(週五及中秋節假期)晚上8時至9時之間，未成年人可登錄遊戲。其餘工作日，均爲禁玩時段。
新東方在線(01797.HK)昨日股價急吐15.9%，今日股價反彈近31.5%收37.6元，成交額24.95億元。京東物流(02618.HK)公佈，近日與新東方在線旗下東方甄選達成合作，實現自營產品同城訂單即日達或次日達，跨省訂單可在72小時送達。爲應對直播電商的供應鏈需求，京東物流爲東方甄選提供靈活彈性的供應鏈解決方案，單倉和多倉模式靈活轉換。通過與京東物流的合作，東方甄選在實現貨物前置後，整體配送時效料提升約17。
【主板市寬改善 內房股有支持】
港股今日市寬改善，主板股票升跌比率22爲17(上日爲12比28)；恆指成份股今日37只股份上升，下跌股份30只，升跌比率爲50比41(上日爲26比73)。大市今日錄沽空156億元，佔可沽空股份成交額675.77億元的23.085%(上日爲20.074%%)。
內房股急升，金茂(00817.HK)及碧桂園(02007.HK)各升7.8%及9.3%，旭輝(00884.HK)、龍湖(00960.HK)及萬科(02202.HK)各升5.6%至5.9%，高盛發表內房銷售統計報告，內地近一週(本年度第35周)新屋銷售按週上升9%(按年跌33%)，該行指內地近一週的一線城市新屋銷售按週上升5%(按年跌3%)、二線城市新屋銷售按週上升6%(按年跌25%)、三線城市新屋銷售按週上升13%(按年跌35%)。對比高盛上週報告指內地本年度第34周計的新屋銷售按週上升8%(一、二及三線城市新屋銷售按周各跌4%、升18%及升8%)。
