太古地產(01972.HK)擬未來十年斥千億強化地產投資組合 冀內地樓面面積倍增
太古地產(01972.HK)行政總裁彭國邦(Tim Blackburn)表示,集團計劃未來十年投放高達1,000億元資金於內地、本港及東南亞國家的房地產市場,當中三分一資用將投放在本港,用以擴建及優化旗下(魚則)魚涌太古坊、金鐘太古廣場兩大核心投資組合;逾半資金投資內地市場,冀未來十年應佔內地物業組合的總樓面面積增加一倍;餘下資金將投放於東南亞等新項目。
本港方面,他透露如有合適機會,集團將考慮以合資方式,參與「北部都會區」的發展。此外,對於早前太地出售太古城停車場,他稱目前正考慮以其他方式出售該等期數內餘下的車位,當中包括出售車位予非太古城住宅物業業主,料最快年底會有公布。他補充,集團目前非核心資產所剩不多,暫無再出售其他項目的打算。
他又指,集團的四個本港住宅發展項目,預期將在2023至2026年分階段落成。
