中信股份(00267.HK)中期歸母淨利潤增長13%至501億港元 中期息0.20港元
格隆匯8月30日丨中信股份(00267.HK)發佈公吿，截至2022年6月30日止六個月，公司上半年分別實現營業收入和歸屬於普通股股東淨利潤港幣3,924億元和港幣501億元，同比增長11%和13%。金融子公司暢通實體經濟血脈，助力企業紓困解難；實業子公司頂住疫情反覆、需求收縮及產業鏈不暢等多重壓力，保障生產經營有序推進，保持良好發展勢頭。董事會建議派發中期股息每股港幣0.20元，較去年同期多派港幣0.05元。
綜合金融服務板塊錄得歸屬於普通股股東淨利潤港幣305億元，同比增長5.1%。三月份，成功獲得首批金融控股公司牌照，中信金控正式成立並平穩起步。中信銀行的效益、質量、規模穩中有進，淨利潤同比增長12%，不良貸款量率繼續雙降，存貸款規模同步突破人民幣5萬億元大關；繼續加大對普惠金融、民營企業、製造業、戰略性新興產業、綠色信貸、鄉村振興等重點領域信貸支持。中行業龍頭地位持續鞏固。中信信託業務轉型續見成效，資產管理規模重回萬億元以上。中信保誠穩健經營，綜合償付能力充足率達242%，高於監管要求。
先進智造板塊錄得歸屬於普通股股東淨利潤港幣4.1億元，同比增長20%。中信戴卡淨利潤同比上升8.1%；首次參與制定ISO國際標準併發布，標誌着中國車輪行業在提升國際話語權方面又邁出關鍵一步。中信重工加大市場開發力度，實現新增生效訂貨超人民幣60億元，創歷史同期最好水平。
先進材料板塊錄得歸屬於普通股股東淨利潤港幣93億元。中信泰富特鋼在市場需求疲軟的情況下，積極搶抓訂單，實現銷量768萬噸，再創歷史新高，鞏固特鋼領域的龍頭地位。中信澳礦繼續致力降本增效，克服各種挑戰，生產運營保持穩定，上半年出口1,010萬濕噸鐵精粉，保持中國進口鐵精粉市場佔有率第一。中信金屬持續提升貿易規模和盈利能力，營業收入創歷史同期最好水平，旗下剛果(金)KK銅礦項目二期和中信鈦業新6萬噸鈦白粉項目提前達產，全力保障國家重要戰略資源的穩定供應。中信資源有序推進原油和煤炭資產處置，探索業務轉型新方向。
新型城鎮化板塊錄得歸屬於普通股股東淨利潤港幣36億元，同比增長14%。中信建設紥實做好北京冬奧會及冬殘奧會崇禮太子城冰雪小鎮項目運維工作，獲得冬奧組委及社會各界充分肯定，用綜合實力和專業服務為冬奧盛會貢獻中信力量；堅持國內外業務並舉，中標安哥拉碼頭特許經營項目，按期實現雲南楚大高速項目建成通車。中信工程穩步推進重點工程建設、驗收和回款工作，基本建成網安基地項目，實現森林大道項目全線通車。中信泰富地產加快資產優化進度，實現南京清涼門、武漢二七、上海普陀等項目階段性突破。
