新東方在線(01797.HK)發佈2022財年業績：淨虧損大幅縮減，直播電商業務表現超預期
格隆匯8月26日丨新東方在線(01797.HK)公佈年度業績，截至2022年5月31日止年度，監於教育市場及業務戰略的變化，持續經營及已終止經營業務的淨總營收從2021財年的人民幣14.187億元減少36.7%至2022財年的人民幣8.985億元。持續經營業務的淨營收從2021財年的人民幣6.236億元減少3.7%至2022財年的人民幣6.005億元。然而，持續經營及已終止經營業務的淨虧損從2021財年的人民幣16.584億元減少67.8%至2022財年的人民幣534.0百萬元。持續經營業務的淨虧損從2021財年的人民幣2.540億元減少72.0%至2022財年的人民幣7100萬元。
直播電商分部總營收於2022財年為人民幣2460萬元。此乃公司的新增長業務，原因是公司自2021年12月開始在抖音等部分知名短視頻平台上試點直播活動。公司已不斷豐富和拓寬於該等平台上提供的產品類別。
自2021年以來，公司已拓展業務並探索新機遇，包括直播電商業務、智能學習產品、STEAM(科學、技術、工程、藝術及數學)教育及職業教育等領域。該等新業務分部使公司能夠通過知識共享持續改善公眾福祉，為社會創造價值。憑藉公司在品牌、技術及資源方面的獨特優勢以及現有的人才庫，公司已建立以東方甄選為品牌的電商業務，提供農產品及其他產品，並通過公司的嚴格供應鏈管理、創新直播營銷以及與不同第三方的多元化合作，為數百萬客户及會員提供優質服務。鑑於新電商業務的潛力，公司已將戰略重點轉移至發展該新分部。因此，公司的新使命是打造以農產品為核心的高品質、高性價比電子商務平台，為客户帶來更美好的生活，並推動健康的生活方式。
