《大行報告》摩通上調旭輝永升服務(01995.HK)目標價至5.6元 評級「中性」
摩通發表報告,指旭輝永升服務(01995.HK)2022年上半年核心盈利較該行預期高出7%,主要受到非社區增值服務帶動,另外其首次宣派中期息也有驚喜,目標價由4.8元上調至5.6元,評級「中性」。
不過摩通指出,旭輝永升服務一個主要問題是應收賬款的增加。認為與同業相比,旭輝永升服務的上半年業績相對有韌性,但相信其股價將與母公司房企高度相關,認為只有在旭輝(00884.HK)的流動性憂慮減輕,旭輝永升服務評級才會顯著提升。
