《盈警響號》天鴿互動(01980.HK)料中期盈轉虧 蝕約3.1億人幣
天鴿互動(01980.HK)預計,截至今年6月30日止六個月錄得持續經營業務綜合虧損淨額約3.13億元人民幣(下同),去年同期持續經營業務綜合純利為1.22億元。
董事會認為,上述由盈轉虧主要是由於上半年資本市場和資產價格劇烈波動,導致集團的結構性票據、基金投資、於私營非上市公司的股權投資、理財產品投資、上市股權證券、持作買賣衍生工具、可轉換承兌票據及其他金融工具錄得重大公平值虧損淨額總計2.38億元,而去年同期公平值收益為1.62億元。
