雲音樂(09899.HK)採納2022年受限制股份單位計劃
格隆匯8月18日丨雲音樂(09899.HK)發佈公吿,於2022年8月18日,公司通過了2022年受限制股份單位計劃。根據受限制股份單位計劃向合資格參與者作出的所有獎勵可予發行的新股份最高數目為1046萬股股份,但須受年度上限為相關時間已發行股份總數的3%所規限。
目的:透過將符合條件的參與者的個人利益與公司股東的利益掛鈎,促進集團業務的成功和提升價值,為符合條件的參與者提供傑出表現的激勵,從而為公司和股東帶來豐厚的回報,併為公司提供激勵、吸引及挽留該等參與者的靈活性。
