《即日市评》恒指失两万关 美团急挫9% 内房股逆市弹
受美团(03690.HK)午后股价急挫拖累,港股今日先升后回,失守两万关。人行昨下调1年期中期信贷便利政策利率,美股道指及纳指昨各升0.5%及0.6%;执笔之时美国十年期国债孳息率跌至2.796厘,美汇指数升至106.74,美股道指期货最新升12点或0.04%,纳指期货最新跌8点或0.06%。人民币即期收跌287点报6.7919兑一美元,上证综指今日升1.8点或0.05%收3,277点,深证成指升0.08%,内地创业板指数升0.5%,沪深两市成交额共1.02万亿人民币。
恒指高开66点,早段曾升132点一度高见20,173点,午后传出腾讯(00700.HK)拟减持美团股份,而腾讯不予置评,美团等科技股股价受压拖累大市,尾市一度低见19,662点,全日跌210点或1.05%,收19,830点;国指跌86点或1.27%,收6,727点;恒生科技指数跌87点或2.03%,收4,221点。大市全日成交总额986.96亿元,沪、深港通南下交易分别净流出1.04亿及2.28亿元人民币。
【美团股价挫 传腾讯沽货】
美团盘中曾低见159.5元一度下挫11.8%,全日跌近9.1%报164.5元,市值1.02万亿元,腾讯股价升0.9%,京东(09618.HK)走低0.5%,而快手(01024.HK)股价走低4.4%。市传腾讯计划出售美团-总值240亿美元的全部或大部分股份,腾讯对传闻不予置评。
腾讯于6月曾进行上市公司减持行动,据联交所股权披露资料显示,腾讯申报于今年6月15日及16日,在场内以股平均价9.6168元及9.6755元,减持新东方在线(01797.HK)3,561万及3,899万股,合共约7,460万股,套现约7.197亿元,持股比例由原来的9.04%降低至1.58%。
据花旗7月中所发表报告,腾讯管理层曾于公布首季业绩后的非交易路演上分享了对股权投资策略看法,公司管理层总结为两个方面,分别为投资组合管理(portfolio management)和资本管理(capital management)。在很大程度上,腾讯将其投资策略视为一种投资组合管理方法,随著时间的推移,其中一些公司上市并变得更加成熟,公司将重新评估其与被投资方的增长前景和战略合作伙伴关系。总体而言,腾讯称将保持投资组合管理策略,通过剥离成熟公司和投资新的私营公司来回收资本,并考虑在特殊情况下进行股票回购和减少其他投资头寸的资本管理。
【沽空率回落 内房股弹高】
港股今日市宽续弱,主板股票升跌比率17为20(上日为14比24);恒指成份股今日22只股份上升,下跌股份43只,升跌比率为32比62(上日为23比72)。大市今日录沽空163.5亿元,占可沽空股份成交额840.99亿元的19.441%(上日为22.352%)。
市场关注内地或协助民营房企发债,追踪内地房地产美元债ETF的PP中地美债(03001.HK)全日弹高10.5%。内房股显著造好。旭辉(00884.HK)及龙湖(00960.HK)各升12.9%及12.4%,碧桂园(02007.HK)升9.1%。内房物管股碧服(06098.HK)股价抽升15%收15.92元。
瑞银发表报告指,上述消息短期料仅轻微利好内房股,因拟议境内发债规模15亿元人民币,较今年5月时的5亿人民币更高。不过,该行认为重点在于物业销售,属内房最大现金流入来源。该行料今年上半年绝大部分内房录得经营现金流外流,部分7月已见修复。在8月1日至13日期间,30大城市新屋交易宗数较今年7月日均成交低出8%;按年比较,由于基数较低,则跌8%(相对7月跌幅为26%)。
