《即日市評》恆指失兩萬關 美團急挫9% 內房股逆市彈
受美團(03690.HK)午後股價急挫拖累,港股今日先升後回,失守兩萬關。人行昨下調1年期中期信貸便利政策利率,美股道指及納指昨各升0.5%及0.6%;執筆之時美國十年期國債孳息率跌至2.796厘,美匯指數升至106.74,美股道指期貨最新升12點或0.04%,納指期貨最新跌8點或0.06%。人民幣即期收跌287點報6.7919兌一美元,上證綜指今日升1.8點或0.05%收3,277點,深證成指升0.08%,內地創業板指數升0.5%,滬深兩市成交額共1.02萬億人民幣。
恆指高開66點,早段曾升132點一度高見20,173點,午後傳出騰訊(00700.HK)擬減持美團股份,而騰訊不予置評,美團等科技股股價受壓拖累大市,尾市一度低見19,662點,全日跌210點或1.05%,收19,830點;國指跌86點或1.27%,收6,727點;恆生科技指數跌87點或2.03%,收4,221點。大市全日成交總額986.96億元,滬、深港通南下交易分別淨流出1.04億及2.28億元人民幣。
【美團股價挫 傳騰訊沽貨】
美團盤中曾低見159.5元一度下挫11.8%,全日跌近9.1%報164.5元,市值1.02萬億元,騰訊股價升0.9%,京東(09618.HK)走低0.5%,而快手(01024.HK)股價走低4.4%。市傳騰訊計劃出售美團-總值240億美元的全部或大部分股份,騰訊對傳聞不予置評。
騰訊於6月曾進行上市公司減持行動,據聯交所股權披露資料顯示,騰訊申報於今年6月15日及16日,在場內以股平均價9.6168元及9.6755元,減持新東方在線(01797.HK)3,561萬及3,899萬股,合共約7,460萬股,套現約7.197億元,持股比例由原來的9.04%降低至1.58%。
據花旗7月中所發表報告,騰訊管理層曾於公布首季業績後的非交易路演上分享了對股權投資策略看法,公司管理層總結為兩個方面,分別為投資組合管理(portfolio management)和資本管理(capital management)。在很大程度上,騰訊將其投資策略視為一種投資組合管理方法,隨著時間的推移,其中一些公司上市並變得更加成熟,公司將重新評估其與被投資方的增長前景和戰略合作夥伴關係。總體而言,騰訊稱將保持投資組合管理策略,通過剝離成熟公司和投資新的私營公司來回收資本,並考慮在特殊情況下進行股票回購和減少其他投資頭寸的資本管理。
【沽空率回落 內房股彈高】
港股今日市寬續弱,主板股票升跌比率17為20(上日為14比24);恆指成份股今日22隻股份上升,下跌股份43隻,升跌比率為32比62(上日為23比72)。大市今日錄沽空163.5億元,佔可沽空股份成交額840.99億元的19.441%(上日為22.352%)。
市場關注內地或協助民營房企發債,追蹤內地房地產美元債ETF的PP中地美債(03001.HK)全日彈高10.5%。內房股顯著造好。旭輝(00884.HK)及龍湖(00960.HK)各升12.9%及12.4%,碧桂園(02007.HK)升9.1%。內房物管股碧服(06098.HK)股價抽升15%收15.92元。
瑞銀發表報告指,上述消息短期料僅輕微利好內房股,因擬議境內發債規模15億元人民幣,較今年5月時的5億人民幣更高。不過,該行認為重點在於物業銷售,屬內房最大現金流入來源。該行料今年上半年絕大部分內房錄得經營現金流外流,部分7月已見修復。在8月1日至13日期間,30大城市新屋交易宗數較今年7月日均成交低出8%;按年比較,由於基數較低,則跌8%(相對7月跌幅為26%)。
