《半日總結》恆指升22點 內房股急漲 碧服抽上逾16%

美股在大型增長股帶動下上升，道指升151點或0.5%，港股早市跟隨高開後升幅收窄。恆指高開66點，早段曾升132點一度高見20,173點，其後曾倒跌15點低見20,025點，半日升22點或0.11%，報20,063點；國指升19點或0.29%，報6,834點；恆生科技指數升3點或0.08%，報4,311點。大市半日成交總額412.13億元，滬、深港通南下交易半日分別淨流入4.57億及2.49億元人民幣。
市場關注內地或協助民營房企發債，內房股顯著造好。旭輝(00884.HK)及龍湖(00960.HK)各升14%及13.5%，合景泰富(01813.HK)及碧桂園(02007.HK)各升6.2%及9.5%，中海外(00688.HK)、金茂(00817.HK)及潤地(01109.HK)各升4.5%至5.1%。內房物管股中海物業(02669.HK)及保利物業(06049.HK)各升4.4%及5.5%，碧服(06098.HK)股價抽上16.2%收16.08元。地產代理平台貝殼找房(02423.HK)炒升9%。
舜宇(02382.HK)中期純利跌49.5%，但券商指毛利率勝預期，股價反彈2%報122.9元。微盟(02013.HK)半年虧損擴大至6.09億人幣，半日股價挫12%報3.75元。理想(02015.HK)次季非美國公認會計準則淨虧損擴大至1.6億人幣，股價高開後倒跌2%報122.2元。閱文(00772.HK)半年純利跌79%並遭券商下調目標價，早市股價跌7.5%報29.45元。
其他科技股方面，騰訊(00700.HK)跌0.3%報299.6元，阿里巴巴(09988.HK)跌0.5%報91.3元，小米(01810.HK)跌2.6%報11.8元，美團(03690.HK)升0.4%報181.7元。
航運股東方海外(00316.HK)反彈4.3%，中遠海能(01138.HK)續升4.1%。油價下滑，中石油(00857.HK)及中海油(00883.HK)各跌2.1%及2.6%。油服股安東油服(03337.HK)預告半年利潤大增最多1.22倍，股價升5.7%。
發改委稱加大項目前期工作和建設實施推進力度，確保能源電力供應安全，電力股華電國際(01071.HK)升5%，潤電(00836.HK)、中國電力(02380.HK)及龍源(00916.HK)各升3%至3.8%。
金融股方面，匯控(00005.HK)跌0.7%報51.85元。佐丹奴(00709.HK)獲周大福控股提出全面收購，獨立董事建議股東接納，股價升3.4%報1.8元。協鑫科技(03800.HK)澄清無意配股，持續商討發行A股可行性，股價升1.3%報3.08元。
