《大行報告》渣打:人行降MLF利率出乎意料 需更全面方法穩樓市
人民銀行今日(15日)將逆回購和中期借貸便利(MLF)操作利率同樣下調10個基點。渣打發表報告,認爲人行出乎意料的舉動,目的之一是使政策利率與市場利率保持一致,因爲市場利率最近已大大低於相應的參考政策利率。
渣打認爲,人行的舉措也可能是爲了因應7月經濟數據較預期弱,工業生產、零售銷售和固定資產投資令人大失所望,政策性降息意在刺激貸款需求,保持信貸增長。
渣打預計,人行可能在本月22日將貸款市場報價利率(LPR)下調10個基點,不過中央需要更全面的方法穩定房地產市場預期和控疫措施需要進一步改進,使企業和房地產貸款需求能夠有意義地恢復。
渣打預計人行將在10月底前再次降息10個基點,但預計今年餘下時間不會降準。
