uSMART盈立智投8月9日消息，截止發稿，港股三大指數齊跌，恆生指數跌0.46%，報19954.37點，成交額236.7億；國企指數跌0.42%，報6793.64點，成交額65.65億；紅籌指數跌0.16%，報3604.21點，成交額7.02億。
半導體板塊走低，晶門半導體跌超3%，華虹半導體跌超2%，ASMPT、上海復旦、中芯國際跟跌；
地產股漲幅擴大，其中佳源國際控股漲8%，民生國際漲超6%，建業地產漲5%，萬科企業漲近2%；
節假日概念股走軟，攜程集團跌近4%，消息面上，海南三亞、海口、新疆、西藏等暑期旅遊熱門地相繼發生疫情，美團跌超2%，周黑鴨跌近2%，華住集團跌1.6%，京東物流跌1.3%；
煤炭股快速拉昇，綠領控股漲7.8%、伊泰煤炭漲4.9%、中煤能源漲3.8%，國際能源署稱，2022年的全球煤炭消費將略有上升，預計將回到近十年的創紀錄水平，有券商表示，從迎峯度夏期間的產能利用率來看，當前已經達到煤礦生產供應的高位狀態，供給端已無增長彈性，而用煤需求仍處於增長狀態，在經濟不出現明顯衰退的前提下，煤炭供需偏緊格局不會發生根本性改變，考慮到煤企高利潤有望長期持續、高現金流背景下不斷提高分紅比例，煤炭板塊正在迎來業績、估值的戴維斯雙擊。

昨日收跌近10%的新東方在線今日盤中反彈，一度漲超4%，針對“東方甄選遭遇抖音限流”的傳聞，新東方在線迴應稱，沒有接到抖音限流通知，目前，公司在大力發展自營產品，相關內容會在接下來的財報裏披露，新東方在線將於8月26日公佈財報，抖音電商相關負責人也表示不存在對東方甄選限流的情況，東方甄選是抖音電商優質生態中的一個代表性商家，抖音電商鼓勵類似優質直播間在平臺持續經營與發展；
華人置業直線拉昇漲超7%，報2.3港元創一個半月新高，總市值44.45億港元，公司昨晚發佈盈喜公告，預期上半年錄得收入增加58%至68%，以及溢利7.8億至9.6億元，去年同期錄得虧損3700萬元，集團認爲，收入顯著增加及產生溢利，是來自於一項非上市股本證券之股息收入、投資物業之公平值變動轉虧爲盈等。
