大酒店(00045.HK)公布,2022年第二季,香港半島酒店平均可出租客房收入729元,按年下跌22.2%,平均房租3,013元,按年下跌8.2%,出租率24%,較2021年同期的29%下跌。
其他亞洲地區半島酒店平均可出租客房收入589元,按年下跌37.6%;美國及歐洲半島酒店平均可出租客房收入4,974元,按年上升1.2倍。
2022年第二季,住宅每平方呎每月平均租金46元,較2021年同期的49元下跌,出租率81%,按年上升一個百分點;商場每平方呎每月平均租金128元,較2021年同期的140元下跌,出租率92%,按年上升3個百分點;辦公大樓每平方呎每月平均租金65元,較2021年同期的61元上升,出租率95%,按年上升2個百分點。
