《大行報告》大摩料內地延長新能源車購置稅減免 估電動車業今明年兩年銷量各升72%及15%
摩根士丹利發表報告表示,就中共中央政治局於上周四(7月28日)呼籲重振內需後,該行預期內地新能源汽車行業有望繼續享受汽車購置稅10%減免政策。
該行估計內地除了增加車牌配額和放寬車輛購置限制外,並計劃在2023年延長新能源汽車10%的購置稅減免政策,這是自2014年推出的第三次延長購置稅減免,此與該行的基本情景預測一致。
大摩假設內地延長全額免購置稅,但中央政府提供的電動汽車補貼仍將在今年年底到期。 因此,大摩維持對中國內地2022年及2023年電動汽車銷量預測為570萬輛和660萬輛,分別按年增長72%和15%。目前,補貼削減的影響似乎相對較小,延長的稅收減免可令電動汽車銷量保持健康的速度增長。
