下週籤協議 俄烏就糧食出口接近達共識
格隆匯7月15日丨據新華社,俄羅斯和烏克蘭關於恢復烏方糧食經海路出口的談判13日取得重大進展,準備下週簽署協議。俄羅斯、烏克蘭、土耳其和聯合國代表13日在土耳其伊斯坦布爾舉行會談,討論糧食出口事宜。土耳其國防部長鬍盧西·阿卡爾會後發表“初步聲明”,說協議將於下週簽署。 阿卡爾說,俄烏兩國將在港口對運糧船隻開展“聯合檢查”;土耳其將確保運糧船隻安全,並將與俄烏雙方一道設立一處協調中心。
