寶立食品上市首日漲停！聚焦食品調味料，最新市值超57億元
7月15日，寶立食品在上海證券交易所主板上市，發行價格10.05元/股，發行市盈率為22.98倍，截止發稿，股價漲停，最新總市值57.88億元。
寶立食品的主營業務為食品調味料的研發、生產和技術服務，為餐飲企業、食品工業企業與家庭消費者提供高品質全方位的風味及產品解決方案，主要產品包括複合調味料、輕烹解決方案和飲品甜點配料等。目前公司研發和生產的產品覆蓋了裹粉、醃料、撒粉、麪包糠、調味醬、沙拉醬、果醬、調理包、果蔬罐頭、烘焙預拌粉和即食飲料等十餘個細分品類。
本次公開發行股票前，公司實際控制人為馬駒、胡珊、周琦和沈淋濤，合計控制公司 67%的股份表決權；臻品致信直接持有公司 12,240 萬股股份，佔公司發行前總股本的 34%，系單一持股比例最高的股東。
本次IPO擬募資3.35億元，主要用於嘉興生產基地（二期）建設項目、信息化中心建設項目
、補充流動資金。

報吿期內，寶立食品實現營收7.43億元、9.05億元、15.78億元，淨利潤分別為8171.78萬元、1.34億元、1.95億元；主營業務毛利率分別為 33.45%、32.10%和35.12%。

此外，公司預計2022 年 1-6 月營業收入為 85,000.00-93,000.00 萬元，同比增長 18%-30%；歸屬於母公司淨利潤為 8,000.00-9,000.00 萬元，同比減少 17%-7%；扣除非經常性損益後歸屬於母公司淨利潤為 7,300.00-8,300.00 萬元，同比減少 17%-6%。
事實上，2022年3月以來，上海及周邊地區爆發新一輪新冠肺炎疫情，對公司生產經營帶來一定程度影響，具體表現為：生產方面，物流受限導致公司位於上海的生產基地原材料供應及時性難以保證；採購方面，包括澱粉類原料、生產用食用油、味精、鹽、果蔬原料等原材料價格上漲導致成本提升，毛利率下降，同時物流費用上漲對成本控制形成壓力；銷售方面，上海地區餐飲連鎖企業客户的銷售收入下滑明顯。未來，如果新冠肺炎疫情出現反覆或無法有效控制，公司毛利率短期內還可能進一步下滑，營業收入和營業利潤存在大幅下降甚至超過 50%的風險。
同時，報吿期內，寶立食品對前五大客户實現的銷售收入佔公司營業收入的比重分別為 50.11%、44.79%和 36.71%，其中，對第一大客户百勝中國實現的銷售收入佔公司營業收入比例分別為 30.53%、24.81%和21.03%。但若未來主要客户減少訂單或終止合作，公司存在短期內無法成功開拓其他大客户的風險，可能對其生產經營產生不利影響。
值得注意的是，2021年3月，寶立食品完成收購廚房阿芬 75%股權。收購完成後，公司在股權結構上已經對廚房阿芬形成了控制，但是廚房阿芬的成立時間較短，若其對廚房阿芬的管理失當或管理不到位、相關管理制度不能有效執行，可能存在對收購子公司控制不到位的風險。
