長城電工(600192.SH)風險提示：公司與智能電網業務無直接關聯、目前未從事氫能源燃料電池業務
格隆匯7月12日丨長城電工(600192.SH)公佈股票交易風險提示公吿，公司A股股票交易於2022年7月7日～11日連續三個交易日收盤價格漲幅偏離值累計超過20%，觸及上海證券交易所規定的股票交易異常波動，公司已於2022年7月12日披露了《股票交易異常波動公吿》，7月12日公司股票價格再次漲停。鑑於公司股票價格短期內波動較大，公司現對有關事項和風險説明如下，敬請廣大投資者注意二級市場交易風險，理性決策，審慎投資。
2021年度，受原材料價格大幅上漲和疫情因素影響，公司歸屬於母公司股東的淨利潤為-1.28億元，基本每股收益為-0.29元，處於虧損狀態。2022年一季度，受公司所在區域疫情影響，公司收入較上年同期有所下降，公司歸屬於母公司股東的淨利潤為-1806.38萬元，基本每股收益為-0.04元/股，仍處於虧損狀態。
公司的主營業務為高中低壓開關成套設備、高中低壓電器元件及關鍵零部件、電氣傳動自動化系統、智能低壓成套配電裝置及母線槽等電工電器類產品的研發、製造、銷售和服務。
近日，公司關注到有媒體將公司與充電樁、光伏、智能電網、氫能源燃料電池等市場熱點概念相關聯。經公司自查：
1.公司從事的充電樁業務，2021年業務收入佔營業收入比例低於0.5%，對公司業績影響較小；
2.公司於2020年承接“白城光伏發電獎100MW光伏發電PC分包項目”後再未承接光伏總包項目。本年度僅開展部分光伏項目的產品配套及施工等業務，業務收入占上年度營業收入比例約為2.6%，對公司業績影響較小；
3.公司的開關設備、電器元件等產品廣泛應用於輸配電等行業，公司與智能電網業務無直接關聯；
4.公司目前未從事氫能源燃料電池業務，公司參股的新源動力股份有限公司從事氫燃料電池的研發、生產和銷售，公司參股比例為6.47%，由於參股比例較低，對公司業績影響較小。
目前公司生產經營活動正常，主營業務仍以電工電器產品的研發、製造、銷售和服務為主。
