恆大(03333.HK):極力反對清盤呈請 料不影響公司重組計劃或時間表
中國恆大(03333.HK)公布,Top Shine Global Limited of Intershore Consult (Samoa) Limited於上周五(24日)向香港高等法院提出對公司的清盤呈請,涉及公司的財務義務金額為8.625億元。呈請人由連浩民代表。公司將極力反對該呈請。
公司預期,該呈請將不會影響公司的重組計劃或時間表。公司一直在積極與債權人溝通,推進境外債務重組工作,預期將於7月底前公布境外債務重組初步方案。
該股於3月21日起停牌,並將續停牌至另行通知。
